Thank you for choosing Missaki for your custom-made products. We take pride in providing high-quality chairs crafted specifically for you. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we want to ensure your satisfaction with our products.

Below is our Refund Policy:

Eligibility:

All products are eligible for a refund if they arrive damaged, dead on arrival, or with any manufacturing defects.

Refund Window:

Customers have 15 days after receiving the product to request a refund for damaged products, dead on arrival items, or those with manufacturing defects.

Advance Payment:

Please note that any advance payment made against an order will not be refunded in case of order cancellation or return, except in accordance with this refund policy.

Proof of Damage:

To initiate a refund, customers must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the condition of the product upon receipt. The video must include the date, day, and time of unboxing. Additionally, customers may be required to provide screenshots if requested by Missaki.

Communication Channels:

Customers can initiate the refund process by contacting us via email or WhatsApp. Please provide your order details and the reason for requesting a refund.

Return Process:

If the product is deemed damaged, customers will be required to ship the item to our warehouse address at their own shipping cost. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.

Refund Issuance:

Once the damaged product is received and inspected by our team, we will process the refund within 5 Business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Non-Damaged Products: Products that are not damaged upon receipt are not eligible for refunds under this policy.

Non-Damaged Products:

Products that are not damaged, dead on arrival, or have manufacturing defects upon receipt are not eligible for refunds under this policy, considering the bespoke nature of made-to-order items.
